"Last week we got a call from Anne and I actually called back. I'm so glad I did! I had been a Liberty Mutual customer for about 8 years and I had it set up as auto draft from my account and I quit paying attention. After I got the State Farm prices I paid attention. I saved over $8,000 a year on my home, vehicles and bike. Anne made it so easy to get all the paperwork done and account set up and now if I need something I have a person I know I can call. "We cannot say enough wonderful things about our insurance agent’s office manager. She consistently goes above and beyond, not only as a professional but as a person. She is always responsive and takes the time to answer our questions and help us, even when it’s outside of normal business hours or when she is on vacation. That level of dedication and customer service is something you simply don’t find very often.
What truly set her apart for our family was how she responded when she learned that our son had been severely injured. She personally reached out to check on him and our family, sent a thoughtful card and flowers, and kept us in her prayers. Those gestures meant more to us than she probably realizes. In a difficult and frightening time, her kindness and genuine concern touched our hearts.
She also works incredibly hard to make sure we are getting the best rates possible and takes the time to personally communicate any changes with us in advance. We never feel like just another policy number or customer. She makes us feel valued, cared for, and confident that someone is truly looking out for us.
